Blairbeg lodge, has been extensively renovated in 2008 and extended to provide two twin bedrooms with television, tea / coffee making facilities, separate bath & shower room. The front of the house has commanding views over open countryside to Ben Lomond & loch lomond.

Come and relax in the friendly atmosphere and enjoy an evening in the private garden at the rear of the house.

Blairbeg lodge is ideally located to enjoy the countryside and beauty of Scotland. There are breathtaking walks and views in the immediate area.

Killearn is a picturesque village in West Central Scotland amongst the scenic campsie fells close to Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park. The West Highland Way which goes from Milngavie to Fort William passes through the Parish approx 1 kilometer from the village and is an exciting adventure not to be missed. The village also has a pub/restuarant, hotel , hairdresser, two shops, Post Office,Garage, Gift shops, and Art Gallery.

A series of rocky pools on the Endrick Water to the west of Killearn, near to Gartness. A great place to watch salmon on their way up river to spawn.

Fishing at Stirling & Trossachs, Loch Lomand
The local area around Aberfoyle, which is the main tourist centre at the southern end of the Trossachs, is an excellant area for the visiting trout fisherman .There is varied trout fly fishing in the area, from Loch Arklet and Loch Katrine to the north, best fished from a boat, to the rainbow trout of one of the few lakes in Scotland,The Lake of Menteith. Other good Lochs in the local area incude, Loch Ard, Loch Vennachar, Loch Achray, Loch Arklet, Loch Chon, and Loch Drunkie.
